First Fridays at Alaris
The Alaris Kansas City office is located in the Crossroads neighborhood community. This neighborhood began from the City’s history of “Film Row” and after several galleries opened in the area during the 1980s, the name Crossroads Arts District was formed. The opening of galleries for late evening viewings with entertainment on the first Friday of every month began in 1995. Later, companies with contemporary office spaces, restaurants and modern event venues joined in participation with First Fridays. All promoting primarily local artists works and some nationally recognized artists. Alaris began participating after our move to the location in 2017. We connect with the entire legal community by promoting local artists’ works in our office and have been fortunate to promote lawyers who are also artists as well. Each qualifying artist will be given the opportunity to showcase their work in our gallery including First Friday events. Please contact Leda Gipson for more information: firstname.lastname@example.org or 816-799-1903.
